Weblearning Coordinator sends the monthly schedule to all schools in the beginning of every month. The responsible faculty is informed ahead of the session. Faculty comes to the studio in NIC in the scheduled time and organises class. He/she usually prepares a Power Point Presentation on the topic beforehand. The moderator also helps create the content. The schools come online in the scheduled time and attend the class. The school coordinator informs the teacher if there is any problem. If the faculty is unable to attend any class, he/she informs the moderator at the earliest and the moderator rearranges classes accordingly. If any school misses any session, they can play the recorded session anytime.
